Video Book Notice: Four View on the Apostle Paul

Some rather random reflections with a video which needed to be flipped, as at present you can’t read the text I thrust into the camera! Oh well. Will know better next time. I created this video by the way, on my delightful and brand new HP Spectre XT Ultrabook.

Things are going really well in Coulsdon, thanks, Our theological odyssey has taken us from Luther and Calvin right through to Bultmann, Barth with a mixture of Heidegger, and metaphysics which resemble presocratic conjectuers rather than modern solipsism. So quite a big soup, would love to have a good discussion with you at some point. Really enjoyed watching the deliverence of God conference, which is partly why I bought this book to get a concise understanding(for example not sure what Arius and Athanasius had to do with Justification Theory until reading this book)Although I find it concerning that I thought Nanos seemed to make the most sense about Paul readings. I am excited about Campbell's work because it seems to be going down a similar route to where my church is heading.

Thanks,
Dom

Hi Dom, Well this all sounds fantastic and exciting. Would love to meet up at some stage. I agree, Nanos does have some very good stuff to say. I find he can be a bit of a one ride pony, if that makes any sense, and can end up staring at some real problem passages. You might like his books on Romans and Galatians? He also has some free articles on his webpage
